Frederick Girls Basketball played hard and won against Silver Creek on January 30. The boys team came close to winning, but the final score ended up being 53-58. (Chris Tone)

Conner Pickett is a senior who is excited to be back a part of theLantern staff after a year away. Conner will be entering his third year on staff and is a fan of all sports. When not reporting for the Lantern, he plays hockey and golfs with family and friends. After graduation, Conner plans to study welding or business.
