Chandler Hoel is a senior at Frederick High. This year will be her fourth in Future Business Leaders of America, third in yearbook, and second as a member of Quill & Scroll. When she’s not writing or competing, she’s either spending time with friends or working at the Regal movie theater. After high school, she plans on taking a gap year and moving to Hawaii.
