We have reached the end of To All The Boys I Loved Before, or so we think. Then secretly Netflix created To All the Boys: Always and Forever which is the third movie of this story line.

The movie starts during the Covey family’s trip to Seoul, South Korea. It’s a chance for the three sisters Laura Jean, Margot (Janel Parrish) and Kitty (Anna Cathcart) to spend time together and get in touch with their mother’s culture. During the trip their dad (John Corbett) asks his daughters if he could Propose to Trina (Sarayu Blue), and they happily agree.

The three To All The Boys I Loved movies was directed by Michael Fimognari and was released on February 12th 2021.

Lara Jean’s hopes to follow Peter to Stanford but of course she is conflicted with a different college wanting her. Their relationship goes through all the struggles possible but can always find solutions. Although it’s hard not to love the characters, the story line is just too drawn out.

Overall the movie was just another rom com, with too many movies made about the same characters and story. Throughout the movie there were times where I wanted to turn it off but other times where I couldn’t take my eyes off the screen. If you enjoyed the last 2 “ To All The Boys I Loved” movies this is an okay watch for you but otherwise I wouldn’t recommend it.
