The Denver Nuggets have been making quite a comeback lately. This 2020 playoff season has been going great for them so far. It has gotten them to the Western Conference Finals against the Los Angeles Lakers, the fifth game of which is tonight at 7:00. Even though they are currently standing 3-1 against LeBron James and his team, they have overcome a similar deficit already this season.

On September 18, they lost to the Lakers with an ending score of 126-114. The Nuggets second game was close But was also a very devastating loss, with a super close ending score of 105-103. Then something within the team changed helping them to win their third game with a final score of 114-106. However, the last couple of games have been rougher, The team’s fourth game on September 24 unfortunately resulted in another loss with a score of 114-108.

With that, being said the team still has a chance to make a comeback in 2 series even with them being down 3-1. In both earlier games of the playoffs, the Nuggets found themselves down 3-1 against the Utah Jazz and the Los Angeles Clippers, yet overcame those odds to carry the series. While the Lakers are much more formidable opponents than the Jazz or Clippers, the Nuggets are prepared to try for another historic upset with game five.

This series means a lot for the Nuggets. In the past few years, they have not done the best in the playoffs. They have already won more games in this year’s 2020 playoff season compared to last year. The best part is that the season isn’t even close to over. In last season’s playoffs, they ended up winning seven playoff games–this season, they have won a total of nine games with plenty more games to go.

This is great for the team and coaches, whatever change they made is helping the team out greatly. The whole team is working together super nicely and making everything flow smoothly to the point where it works for them. It has been said that the Nuggets do have the best line up and there is no doubt that this team has a great future awaiting them as long as they keep up the good work.

The Nuggets coach said after their third victory game against the Los Angeles Lakers, “We let them know we’re not going anywhere.” This sure does seem to grasp their whole mindset recently when it comes to the playoffs.

The team has certainly had a good regular season and is doing really well so far in the playoff season. The Nuggets may not have had the best seasons throughout the past years however, this season has been a game-changer so far. The Nuggets are here to stay and show everyone what they are made of. It surely is fun to watch this team play while making a major comeback.

Game five will surely be an amazing game to watch. Tune in to TNT, SportsMax, or Altitude at 7:00 PM tonight to see the Nuggets fight to stay alive. As Yahoo Sports said,  “Denver doesn’t scare. Denver doesn’t panic.”
