Marisol Ramirez is a junior at Frederick High School. She is in a Latino group that meets on the first Friday of every month. This Latino group helps Latino students be more confident and comfortable in being able to achieve their goals. The Latino group is very supportive and has a family feeling to it. Marisol tried out softball her freshman year just to get out of her comfort zone and try new things but it just wasn’t for her. Now that she’s a junior she wants to try out for soccer to be more active and apart of something.
