Frederick Girls Basketball played hard and won against Silver Creek on January 30. The boys team came close to winning, but the final score ended up being 53-58. (Chris Tone)

Ethan Delier is a sophomore, and while he is new to the Lantern staff, he has been covering sports on and off field with the Golden Eagle Broadcast Network since his freshman year (when he won the Flying Eagle award for broadcasting). When not reporting, he can be found hanging out with his family and playing games with his friends.
