At the start of each sports season (fall, winter, and spring), the Staff Advisor will upload all the upcoming games for all Frederick varsity sports and the JV and C-team sports that regularly report scores. This currently encompasses:

Varsity and JV Spirit are not included because their coaches do not post competition scores.
Since the site adds all posted games to the overall win-lose total, do not post any games that do not contribute to overall standings, like scrimmages or exhibitions.
If an entire Frederick team makes it to post-season playoffs, these games should be added to the schedule with (PLAYOFF) in parentheses after the game location. If a team makes it to the State finals, replace the word playoff with STATE. If individuals qualify for state, do not report their state events and scores, as there is no easy way to add these to the site.
Depending on that year's editorial team, it is up to either the Sports Editor or Site Manager to update the scores within 72 hours of the game and change any dates for rescheduled games.
Scores can be found on CHSAA's website, MaxPreps, and by contacting the coach. If no score can be found using all these sources, post "Not Reported" as our score and leave the opponent's score blank.
For tournaments, post Frederick's team ranking out of the total number of teams as our score and leave the opponent's score blank (e.g., 2nd of 13). Do this for all tournaments, even if there is a win-lose score, like in Wrestling. If the Frederick team did not do well enough to place, post "Did not rank" as our score.
Opponents should always be listed by their school name and mascot (e.g., Mead Mavericks, Silver Creek Raptors, Fort Collins Lambkins). If the event is a tournament with multiple opponents, list "Tournament" as the opponent.
Locations must be listed for every game. Abbreviate High School as HS. Home games are at "Home," not "Frederick HS." For away games outside the district, list the city if not immediately obvious (e.g., Denver South HS vs. Roosevelt HS, Johnstown).
Game times should be listed if available, with a.m. and p.m. in lowercase with periods.
