Zach Bryan fans get surprised with ANOTHER new album. Not only did he just come out with an entire album on August 25, 2023, but he surprised his fans with a 5 song album on September 22, 2023. Zach Bryan also just recently announced he will tour in March of 2024. Since he just got done with tour in 2023, the fans get another tour, and they get not one album, but TWO albums within a month.
Zach Bryan is a singer/songwriter from Oologah, Oklahoma. He is 25 years old and served 7 years in the Navy before being honorably discharged. He is extremely proud of his small town roots and where he is from. He truly writes his music from his heart. Fans talk about how his success is found in his raspy voice. Girls seem to love that. Coming from a HUGE fan of Zach Bryan, his voice really does give you shivers. I personally think he has an amazing voice and writes amazing songs.
Does Zach Bryan ever sleep? – So many people are talking about how Zach is constantly writing music and coming up with new lyrics. Zach is always posting on his instagram and snapchat story’s of clips of him singing new and old lyrics and playing his guitar.
Boys of Faith is the new album title. He opens with the song “Nine Ball.” This song kind of relates/sounds like two of his other songs, “Overtime” and “Fear and Friday’s.” He talks about his relationship with his father and how his father is throughout his life growing up. “Sarah’s Place” features artist Noah Karan. This is the number one hit in this album so far. About a month ago, Noah joined Zach on Stage to sing their closing act “Revival” and Zach Bryan decide to write a song with him. It’s about both of their ex’s absences with their still deciding to move on. Next is “Boys of Faith” that features artist “Bon Iver”. This is personally my favorite song because Bon Iver is such a great featured artist His voice combined with Zach Bryan’s make the song sound so good. This song talks about how he’s been spending time with a group of his old friends he grew up. The next song is “Deep Satin”. Zach had talked about in an instagram story how he originally was going to just release the song by itself as a single, but he pushed it back. The last song is “Pain, Sweet, Pain”. Zach has previously posted lots of little videos on his instagram story of him singing this song before it officially came out. This song is about his personal growth and the journey throughout his life changes.
In Zach Bryan’s interview with Apple Music he says “Boys of Faith opens with “Nine Ball,” a new song whose roots-rock production hews closely to Zach Bryan tracks like “Overtime” and “Fear and Friday’s.” The tune is also reminiscent of Jason Isbell, a major influence on Bryan—particularly Southeastern deep cut “Super 8,” with its devil-may-care attitude, and The Nashville Sound’s wistful “Last of My Kind.” Noah Kahan joins Bryan on “Sarah’s Place,” the “Stick Season” singer-songwriter lending harmony vocals and sounding like he’s having a great time doing it. Bryan teased the title track, a collaboration with Bon Iver, on social media in advance of Boys of Faith’s release, with the somewhat surprising pairing sounding like two sides of the same downtrodden coin”.
While both of the collaborations may grab all the attention, Zach Bryan posted many many videos and leaks of his recorded version of “Deep Satin,” which is a fan favorite song. Many fans begged for after it to come out after it didn’t make the tracklist on the first new album. One of the things Zach loves to do is tease the fans with new upcoming music or just music he’s writing or thinking about writing.
Overall I think this short but mighty album is amazing. He strucks fans with two great features in two different songs, Bon Iver and Noah Kahan. Although it’s only 5 songs, fans still go crazy over his raspy but breath taking voice.
