As I sit here and write about a colorful tree, 

I watch the leaves fall and think to myself, 

this is the key. 

The key to our memories, 

the key to our families. 

I see the beautiful different colored leaves 

and think is this all that we can be? 

This tree represents our family 

it shows how happy we could be. 

Except were not happy, 

Everyone’s always so snappy. 

The leaves are the results of us, 

it creates such a fuss. 

My parents are the soil in which grew the tree, 

as we, are the tree.
