Starting March 18 all St. Vrain Valley Schools will start their spring break and will end their spring break on March 26. Throughout this break many students may not have any idea what they will do during that week. There are many fun outdoor activities for students and indoor activities too. For starters students can go on hikes or walks at colorado trails. Some trails are Rooney Road Trailhead located in Morrison Co. Kohler Mesa Trail located in Boulder Co. Coal Creek Trail located in Lafayette Co. These are some of the many trails you can hike or walk during spring break. Nature and outdoor activities may also benefit your health. Other activities you could do is go to the Denver zoo or even the Downtown Aquarium. The Denver zoo is open Monday through Sunday and is open from 10 AM to 5 PM. The entry gates close at 4PM which means you will have to arrive there before 4 PM. The Downtown Aquarium is also open on a daily basis from Monday through Sunday. Their hours are a slight difference from the Denver Zoo, the Downtown Aquarium is open from 9 AM to 8:30 PM from Monday through Thursday. From Friday to Saturday they are open from 10 AM to 10 PM, and on Sunday they are open from 10 AM to 8 PM.  This can be a great way to spend quality time with family and friends. 

Spring break can also be used as a time to spend time with family. Traveling in or out of state or country is also a very common thing to do during break. Camping is also a very common thing to do to spend time with family. Some camping sites in Colorado are the Kelly Dahl Campground located in Nederland Co. Olive Ridge Campground which is located in Allenspark Co. Base Camp at Golden Gate Canyon located in Black Hawk Co. Camping is not the only activity that can be used for family quality time, for example having a picnic in your local lake or even local park with your family is also a great way to spend time with family and or even friends. 

At Movie Insider will show you all the new release movies. One film that is being released during spring break is named Wildflower, it’s a comedy that follows Bea Johnson from birth to graduation as she navigates life with intellectually disabled parents and an extended family that can’t quite agree on the best way to help. Another film being released during this time is Children of the Corn which is based upon the story Children of the Corn by Stephen King. On friday March 24 more than 10 films will be released this day, one of the films being Last Sentinel which is based on a military base in a vast ocean that separates two warring continents and wait for their enemy to arrive to them, then after weeks turn to months of then not showing up a paranoia descends testing relationships to breaking point. Another film is The Lost King, is inspired by the true story of finding British monarch King Richard III’s remains under a Leicester car park. The last film I will mention out of 12 films that will be released is named Stalker, this film is based on a broken down elevator which hangs very high, trapping a young woman inside with her stalker.
