Every school needs a leader, someone who cares about anyone and anything and someone who is always willing to put everything they’ve got into school spirit. TJ Yaunches is the perfect fit for that person. TJ is a senior here at Frederick High School, he is also the rowdy crowd leader and part of student council. One thing TJ will miss about being in high school is being able to see all the people he has grown up with over the years every single day.

Student council is a big part of TJ’s high school experience, “Being in student council is amazing, it gave me opportunities I would never have been able to do if I wasn’t in it”. Student council is a big class to be in, it promotes student activities and social well being. TJ is a big leader at Frederick, and he has made a big impact on the FHS community.

TJ is a great leader to have at Frederick, and he has made a great impact on the school. He carried the school spirit around with him, and always participated in spirit week.

After high school TJ plans on going to college at Flatirons church. “I plan to study to become a pastor”. As of right now TJ is only taking one AP class; CU Intro to Fiction. College is also the one thing TJ is most excited for after high school.

Through TJ’s high school career there is one person he would like to thank and that is his mom, “She’s been there through thick and thin and I can always go to her to just talk, I would like to thank her just for being an amazing mom”.

Something TJ is most proud of is the growth of himself though the past couple years, “I am proud of how much I’ve grown the past few years, I’ve grown so much as a person and as a student”. TJ sees himself being a pastor in 10 years and enjoying his life.

As TJ’s high school experience comes to an end he is spending the rest of high school showing leadership and hard work. Frederick High School will never forget how hard TJ Yaunches worked during high school, and the impact that he made to the community.
