Netflix
Recently released Netflix film is a hit. It is action packed, funny, and even has romance it has everything you could want.

Yet another movie is out on Netflix, but this one has a face we all know. The new movie ‘Lift’ is out on Netflix and stars actor and comedian Kevin Hart. He is one of the funniest comedians and actors that everyone knows. The action/comedy movie Lift was released on Netflix on January 12th, so it has been out for a bit. “Lift” is one of those movies that just grabs you from the start.

The story follows a group of thieves who are slick as they come, and they have to complete a heist that seems nearly impossible. The group of thieves has been bonded together, making the best team possible. Once they were faced with the hard heist, everything was on the line for each of the members, but they all knew what needed to happen.

They had a person for every part of the plan: a tech person, a getaway person, the cop, the boss, etc., so their plan was well played out. And the plane that they flew in the movie was really cool to see because they could have made it simple and boring, but on the bottom of the plane you can put words, which in the end helped save their lives.

The lead characters have this dynamic that’s a total blast to watch. They are like a family outside their family. If one goes, they all go. They throw jabs and jokes while dodging bullets, which keeps energy high throughout the film. The action movie was a little predictable, but it was still interesting to watch. And the comedy is very smart and perfectly timed throughout the whole movie. “Lift” doesn’t just rely on its action and comedy. There’s romance in there too, between Kevin Hart and Gugu Mbatha-Raw. There is so much chaos in their heist, but you get these genuine human moments that make you root for them even more.

The direction is tight, with scenes that are crafted to keep the action going and keep viewers watching. And the soundtrack? It’s as energetic as the film, with music that matches what’s happening in every scene. They definitely could have made it less predictable, but it was still perfect.

If you like action comedies with some romance, I recommend watching this movie because it was quite a thrill to watch. Or even if you like Kevin Hart, I would say watch the movie as well. All in all, “Lift” is the kind of movie that’s great when chilling at home, and you need a good laugh and some more action in your life. If you’re looking for a movie that’ll lift your spirits and get your pulse racing, this is the one to watch!
