ALEX STURN: South Dakota School of Mines

Senior Alex Sturn signed at South Dakota School of Mines located in Rapid City, South Dakota for Football. Alex will be studying Metallurgical Engineering in college, he is most nervous about his laundry and getting to class on time.

His best memories and accomplishments of high school athletics is getting both All-Conference and All-State twice. As well as beating Mead, winning the Conference, and Winning the Playoff game. Alex’s advice for his teammates or any underclassman is, “Just keep pushing yourselves to be the best that you can be. You’ll never know if you can do something unless you try.”

Alex Sturn states, “I’d like to thank my family first off. Without their support and encouragement I definitely wouldn’t be who or where I am today. I’d also like to thank my coaches and teammates for putting me in a position to succeed.”
