SENIOR SUNDAY: College Dreams Become Reality for Tyler Weston

Tyler Weston spent much of high school favoring playing in football games and going to volleyball and basketball games. Tyler was a hard worker in school and a friendly soul to all who know him. Tyler has had an ambitious dream throughout middle school and high school of attending his dream college at Colorado State University. Tyler recently got accepted into Colorado State University and is surprised by the excitement of the good news. 

 

Tyler wants to Major in Construction Management. Construction management is a service that provides a project’s owner(s) with effective management of a project’s schedule, cost, quality, safety, scope, and function. Tyler was asked in an interview, at the beginning of the senior year in high school did he know what he wanted to do after he graduated or was making a plan for after high school a struggle, He said, “I had a rough idea of what I wanted to do but it changed before I got accepted.” Tyler is intrigued by Colorado State University and finds it to be a nice school. He says the best part is that he loves the location of the campus located in Fort Collins.

 

Tyler is excited for his future college years. He says he thinks the most fun part about this upcoming experience is making new friends and new memories in college. Tyler will be missed by teachers and friends at Frederick High School as he continues his journey of education at Colorado State University.
